PDF Picasso is free from Desktop app
The desktop app is on its way: a one-off £4.99, no subscription.
It will do everything the browser version does, and also:
- open PDFs from your computer by double-clicking them, as your PDF viewer
- save straight over the file you opened, if you choose to
- work with no internet connection
